Welcome to vLane.com, which is provided to you by MotoMozo Incorporated (“MotoMozo”) (either "we," or "us"). vLane.com and all services provided by us or any partners through vLane.com are collectively referred to herein as the "Site."

YOUR AFFIRMATIVE ACT OF USING THE SITE SIGNIFIES THAT YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING SITE PRIVACY POLICY ("PRIVACY POLICY") AND THE SITE TERMS OF SERVICE LOCATED HERE.

6. Security. We use industry standard security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Although we make good faith efforts to store the information collected in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security. Further, while we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party "hackers" from illegally obtaining this information.

7. COPPA Disclosure. We do not knowingly collect or use any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly provide any personally identifiable information, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever from visitors younger than 13 years old.
